TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Work / Purchase – Order will be made in the name of “THATHA GROUP”.
2. Payment Conditions: 70% advance, 25% after material delivery at site and remaining after work completion.
3. Any TDS will be deducted on the above rates. If any other deduction is made it has to be added on above rates.
4. We need Availability of water & electricity should be made at site.
5. Labour Accommodation and lodge will be made available at site from client side.
6. One year warranty provided by “Thatha Group”.
7. If you do not pay on time, Thatha Group may charge you a penalty of 1% to 10% per day depending on the entire project.
8. Any variation and addition in the quantity shall be chargeable.
9. GST & Cartage as per actual.
10. If any violation of above said terms and condition, Thatha Group will be exit immediately the project.

I hereby accept the estimate as per above mentioned price and specifications. I have read and understood the terms & conditions and agree to them.
